0. 공통 사항
• 모든 폰트의 저작권 및 지식재산권은 노타입(NohType)에 있습니다.
• 어떠한 경우에도 사전 승인 없이 폰트 파일 자체를 변형, 복제, 대여, 양도, 재판매, 배포할 수 없습니다.
• 다만, 디자인 편집 프로그램에서 폰트를 외곽선 깨기(Create Outlines)하여 로고타입 등 그래픽 요소로서 패스를 수정 및 변형하는 것은 허용합니다.
• 어떠한 경우에도 사전 승인 없이 폰트 파일 자체를 변형, 복제, 대여, 양도, 재판매, 배포할 수 없습니다.

• 제공 포맷: OTF 또는 TTF 선택
• 사용 조건: 사용자 1인 기준 (1개 PC, 1개 운영체제)
• 사용 기간: 영구적 사용
• 허용 범위: 인쇄, 출판, 전자출판, 일반 문서 작업, 아이덴티티(CI/BI), 옥외간판, SNS 광고, 제품 패키지, 영상, 웹/앱 이미지 등
• 제한 사항: 폰트 파일의 서버 탑재 및 앱·디바이스 내 임베딩 제외
• 허용 범위: 인쇄, 출판, 전자출판, 일반 문서 작업, 아이덴티티(CI/BI), 옥외간판, SNS 광고, 제품 패키지, 영상, 웹/앱 이미지 등
• 제한 사항: 폰트 파일의 서버 탑재 및 앱·디바이스 내 임베딩 제외
2. 확장 라이선스 (Extended License)
• 제공 포맷: OTF, TTF, WOFF, WOFF2
• 사용 조건: 사용자 1인 기준 (1개 PC, 1개 운영체제)
• 사용 기간: 영구적 사용• 허용 범위: 기본 라이선스의 모든 허용 범위 포함 + 소유 및 운영 중인 웹사이트 1개 도메인 내 웹폰트(WOFF, WOFF2) 임베딩 사용 허용
• 제한 사항: 웹(Web) 이외의 애플리게이션, 게임, 하드웨어 디바이스 등 소프트웨어/펌웨어 임베딩은 포함되지 않으며 별도 문의 필요

3. 커스텀 라이선스 (Custom License)
• 기업 전용 서체, 임베딩, 다중 사용자 등 기본 범위를 초과하는 사용은 별도 문의 바랍니다.

• All copyrights and intellectual property rights for all fonts belong to NohType.
• Under no circumstances may the font files themselves be modified, duplicated, rented, assigned, resold, or redistributed without prior written consent.
• However, converting the fonts to paths (e.g., "Create Outlines" in design software) to modify and edit vectors for graphic elements, such as logotypes, is permitted.

• Format Provided: Choice of OTF or TTF
• Terms of Use: 1 User (1 PC / 1 Operating System)
• Usage Period: Perpetual
• Permitted Scope: General print, publishing, e-publishing, standard document work, identity (CI/BI) design, outdoor signage, social media advertising, product packaging, video/broadcasting, and web/app imagery.
• Restrictions: Server installation of font files and embedding within applications or hardware devices are strictly excluded.
2. Extended License
• Format Provided: OTF, TTF, WOFF, WOFF2
• Terms of Use: 1 User (1 PC / 1 Operating System)
• Usage Period: Perpetual
• Permitted Scope: Includes the entire scope of the Basic License + Web font embedding (WOFF, WOFF2) on one (1) owned and operated domain.
• Restrictions: Embedding within environments other than the web—such as mobile applications, games, hardware devices, or software/firmware—is excluded and requires a separate inquiry.
3. Custom License
• For corporate-wide use, digital embedding, multi-user deployment, or any usage exceeding the standard licensing terms, please contact us separately.
